First Time Fix was established in a long tradition of home repair and care. Shane is a nuts and bolts kind of guy, with more than 25 years in the commercial construction industry ranging from each level of trade up to project superintendent. His passion for hands-on work and logical troubleshooting has led him to the valley with one mission: to bring a reliable, high quality Appliance Repair Service that people will call time and time again. His passion for excellence and disdain for shortcuts inspired him to set up shop, and continues to drive him daily.
